Our training courses are suited to anyone who:

• Is over the age of 16
• Is physically fit and has a fair level of swimming ability
• Has some experience of board riding
• Would like to pursue a career as a Beach Lifeguard / Surfing instructor
• Would like to pass the awards for personal satisfaction.
